Castaway Cay is 3.1 miles long and 2.2 miles wide and can be easily explored by walking. The better way to make the most of your time on the island is to use the complimentary tram service.

Trams

Disney provides tram service throughout the island and are constantly adding tram paths to aid guests in getting around the island. Overall the trams are the best way to get around the island and the way to make the most of your time on the island!

Getting around with small children

Disney provides complimentary use of strollers, wagons and jogger strollers for those with small children to aid in getting around the island easily and comfortably.

Disabled access to the beach

Disney also provides complimentary beach wheelchairs for those needing additional disabled access to enjoy the beautiful beach which also are allowed to go into the water.

Bike Rentals

Beach cruisers and tandem bikes are available for rental on Castaway Cay for those feeling adventurous, wanting to get some exercise or just wanting to feel the warm Bahamian breeze blowing through their hair. The bike paths are for the most part flat and paved for an easy and fun ride. Child seats and kid's bikes are also available for rental.
